1. 周末和佳节难请假

只要从事过服务业的人都知道，周末和佳节时最繁忙的时段。所以，这些时段都是很难请假的。尤其是餐饮业！

当然，如果是偏向Office的部门，就根据正常的上下班时间和公共假期休假。

2. 轮班或OT

酒店不同部门，工作时间都不一样。

例如：酒店24小时都会有顾客check in，所以Front Office部门是24小时轮班的。
